"In South Korea, a hardcore video-gaming culture was blamed last year for at least four deaths. Three men died after or during gaming bouts, one as long as 20 days. A four-month-old baby suffocated while its parents were out playing games."

So your chances to die playing a Online game is like .00000000001 %

Well if thats a risk I better stop driveing, rideing a bike, crossing a street, walking on a side walk, playing in the yard, standing in the yard and  be inside all day! NOT looking out a window, The sun can shine on me and I might get cancer ...

Madeline

I was under the impression people that get addicted in general have something about them personally that leads toward addictions. So, if it wasn't online gaming it could have been something else.

Addiction is a pretty strong word.  It's way too often overused.
