What is the way to formally "apply" for membership to Blades of Wrath?

There isn't one.  Blades of Wrath is no longer a raiding guild, so not sure what you'd be apping for.

Are we talking about the Blades of Wrath from WoW on the Icecrown server if so id like to know when they stopped...would that be before or after they started the new 25-man raid?
